This afternoon while I was setting up the dining table for lunch, I overheard the money plants whispering, so I sat back and did some eavesdropping on my Mumma's bottle garden. So let me tell you how it looks. It has different varieties of money plants planted in different varieties of glass bottles like Old monk, Teachers 50, Tuborg, Keventers and Nutella.
It felt like they were having an ice breaking session, the conversation went like this,
Old Monk: Hey guys, I am Old Monk, well not literally, but that is what I carried and was packaged for, tell me about you all and how you all have reached here?
Old Monk
Teachers 50: Thank you for starting the conversation Mr. Monk, I was getting bored here among the Gen Zs and Millennials, finally I have a boomer along my side to kill the boredom. Well I came here from the neighborhood, their house help got me here so Siddhi's Mom could plant this beautiful money plant in me!
Teachers 50
Tuborg: Hi guys, I just came here this morning, Siddhi's father gave me this second chance in life to support another life of a plant, I was lying on the road opposite their house, thankfully Siddhi's mom saw me and her father picked me up from there and gave me a life worth living!
Tuborg
Keventers: Hi seniors, you all might be senior in terms of who consumed you but, I was the first one who made it here, I was the pioneer of this bottle garden. I still remember Siddhi and her mom after shopping for a long time at the mall, bought me not for the milkshake that I was carrying, in fact the moment they got me they had decided to come back and plant the money plant in me, so in that sense I am the senior most!!
Keventers
Nutella: Hey garden mates, I came from D-Mart, Siddhi's sister loves the nutella that I had in me, but once it was over I thought like every other nutella bottle I will be filled with some masala and be kept in some damp and dark drawer, but thankfully Siddhi's mom planted this beauty in me and I got stay out in this sunshine, by the way Mr. Monk how did you reach here?
Nutella
Old Monk: O yes, I have an interesting journey up till here, a Scrap dealer was carrying me on his cart when Siddhi's mother saw me on his cart, and she called out the scrap dealer, their house help came and did the bargaining and I was finally bought! That's how I came here.
Teachers 50: It's fascinating how all of us must have ended up at some scrap dealer's place or maybe some dumping yard, but fortunately we have been given this second chance in life to support another life that indirectly supports human lives! Whoa what comeback!
Old Monk: Yes you are right, now we get to live for so many more years, and finally what a life of purpose this is!
All thanks to Siddhi's mom!!
They all did cheers with their bright and shining leaves of money plants and I got back to my lunch which was already cold! So next time you see your home plants dancing, just step back and do some eavesdropping (it's harmless in this case) and you will hear them discuss their lives intertwined with yours!!!

Happy Reading,
Siddhi Bhosale.
What a charming and imaginative tale! The personification of the money plants and their banter adds a delightful touch to the narrative. The choice of using various glass bottles, each with its own story, creates a unique and visually interesting bottle garden. It's a delightful glimpse into the world of plants and their "conversations." Thanks for sharing this amusing experience!
